Who runs this

Poor Man's Keno is run by an independent operator as a free hobby project. It is not run by a lottery, and it is not a gambling business.

What the site is

It is a free fan app for entertainment only. It shows live Keno draws, and it adds a little game for you and your friends on top. The amounts you see in the game are play amounts that only the game keeps score of.

What the site stores

• Names you type. Your player name and a table name, if you give one. Please don't use your full name or anything private.
• Game state. The table code, who sits at the table, each round's number picks, heads-or-tails calls and coin tallies, the scores and the history of the game.
• Basic usage counts. Daily totals such as page loads, tables started, players added, rounds played, coin flips and installs. Unique visitors are counted with a scrambled value that is thrown away at the end of each day, so it can't be matched to anyone later. Past days keep only the totals.
• On your own phone. Your saved seats and tables, your look, sound and haptics choices, and which notices you have already seen. These stay on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• Short-term protection. To slow down abuse, the server briefly remembers how many requests came from a connection. This is kept in memory only and is not stored with your game.

The site is hosted by a cloud hosting company. Like any host, it can see basic connection details while your phone talks to the site.

What it never does

• No accounts, no sign-up, no passwords for players.
• No cookies.
• No ads and no trackers. No third-party analytics.
• It never asks for your location, and it never asks for card or bank details.
• It does not sell or share the names or game state you enter.

How long things are kept

• Games. A table and its history stay on the server until the site moderator removes them. The site does not delete old games by itself yet.
• Usage totals. Daily totals are kept for about 13 months.
• Recent draws. The latest 50 Keno draws are kept so the lists can show them.
• Backups. The operator keeps short-lived backup copies of the game data for recovery. Older copies are deleted automatically.

Removing a game

Only the site moderator can remove a game. When a game is removed it is gone for everyone, and it can't be brought back.

The lottery numbers

This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any lottery operator. Results may be delayed or wrong. The official numbers are the ones the lottery publishes, so check there before you rely on any result.

Tip jar

The app is free. If you enjoy it, you can leave a tip on a separate, outside page. It's totally optional, and tips don't buy anything in the game. Tip jar (opens a separate page run by someone else, with its own privacy terms).

• The site is provided as it is, with no promises that it will always work, always be available, or always be right.
• Please keep names friendly. The moderator can remove a game or a player.
• The operator can change or stop the site at any time.
